Offerings include on-site rehabilitation, podiatry and pharmacy services, transportation to local medical offices, and professional partnerships with Medicare-certified home health agencies and hospice providers.

    This at-home care is administered in Heather Glen's private, thoughtfully designed living spaces, which avoid the “medical” look of some facilities and instead are the perfect blend of solitude, comfort, and class.

    Residents know how to have fun, too! With access to a library, billiards room, shuffleboard court, indoor heated pool, fitness center, and a full calendar of social events, residents can pursue hobbies and socialize with others. And with an off-campus transportation option, they can discover local shopping, events, and restaurants.
